Shipping policy

Shipping rates vary on the location and weight of the package. We currently ship within the United States of America.

US Customers

First Class Under 1 lb and below ($3-$7) - 3-5 business days 

Priority Mail 1lb and above ($7>) - 2-3 business days 

No guaranteed delivery dates. Allow 3 business days for packaging & processing with USPS + the expected delivery time.

Please keep in mind that shipping costs are non-refundable for any reason.

If your tracking shows your package as delivered & you have not received the package, please allow 2-3 business days and contact the carrier before contacting us. If you are unable to locate the package at this time, please contact customer support at Sweaterly within five (5) business days for assistance.

We will not refund or reship orders that delivered package(s) to the wrong address if entered incorrectly by the customer. 

We do not claim responsibility for any lost or stolen packages. Orders that show delivered will not be refunded for any reason.
